Servi Tech is accepting applications for a Sales Representative. This position is responsible for promoting and creating demand for the Crop Service, Laboratory and STEPS Divisions to achieve growth and financial objectives. This position is also responsible for developing professional working relationships with Servi Tech Division Managers, and key customers including Ag Retailers and Agronomy Consultants sales position.
A successful candidate will have the ability to professionally and effectively communicate, including speaking to groups of people; strategically plan and problem solve; anticipate and manage change; effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; and will have previous sales experience. Success also includes maintaining and developing positive working relationships with key industry customers.

This position requires a professional and self-motivated sales representative that resides in the sales territory and effectively develops and maintains positive working relationships as part of the Servi Tech team. Additional requirements include a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, availability to travel overnight 50-60 evenings annually; a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Agricultural related field of study; at least two years of Agricultural sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires proficient computer operation skills and the ability to operate Microsoft Office or related software. A successful candidate must be willing to seek out and attend additional continuing education, seminars, classes or other job-related education requirements or opportunities.
