For organizations requiring full-service support, ProValue begins by conducting a one day, on-site HR Compliance Review. We then help the organization determine how many days of on-site work with an HR specialist will be most beneficial (from four to 50 days). Throughout the year, off-site assistance is provided as needed.
Our ongoing support allows companies the flexibility to work on priority HR issues and accomplish projects such as the projects below. We provide a constant resource to work through difficult employee issues and management challenges via phone, email and text message when the consultant is not on-site.

For organizations with specific needs that do not require full-service support, we provide project-based HR consulting. Each project is priced separately.
ProValue offers customized consulting services and training. This is often based on the size and scope of the organization and the work. We price per project and clients may also purchase days of service to allow for project flexibility. Cooperative member/owners and the insurance customers of KFSA do receive our most competitive pricing.
No! Our roots are in the agriculture sector and we are proud of our work, but we do work with all kinds of businesses large and small. From agriculture companies, local governments, family owned businesses and corporations, we consult in many different sectors and on many different levels.
We often work on employee handbooks, auditing for compliance with HR regulations, supervisory management training, FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation and best practices in hiring, retention and termination of employees.
Our payroll services are provided through a partnership we have with Lindburg Vogel Pierce Faris Chartered. This service is geared toward the small employer (less than 50 full-time employees). It is turnkey payroll outsourcing where you work closely with a payroll consultant.
ProValue offers three recruiting services: (1) CEO placement for agriculture cooperatives, (2) website postings and email marketing for all other agriculture cooperative positions and (3) marketing and recruitment strategy to maximize the ability to attract qualified applicants for any ProValue client.
